Mix Match


We at Mix and Match are into recycling kitchen waste and upcycling bottles, tiles and cardboard. Having sold our products to via B2B and B2C channels, we are looking to ramp up our production and focus on marketing.

Besides friends, relatives, teachers and neighbours, we reach customers through 2 different models, B2B and B2C. Under B2B, we have contacted several local cafes, out of which 1 cafe placed an order of 5 decorative bottles which we have successfully delivered. We received another B2B order for 50 jute bottles from a logistics company situated in Banglore. Under B2C, we have received approximately 50-60 orders through social media.

Starting from ₹8,000 as seed money, we have made a profit of ₹21,000.

For the next 6 to 8 months, our target is to sell at least 1000 products, and 1000 kg of manure. To achieve this, we need an investment of ₹1,50,000. We will spend this money on raw materials, marketing, certification and development of our own eCommerce site and app. We would also need mentoring and training for making manure at scale.
